From: Bill Sent: Friday, July 16, 2021 1:53 PM To: Christy Moyers <email@example.com> Subject: RE: Conflict of Interest Based on the information and facts discussed during my phone conversation on July 13th, 2021, with Chief Branham, Assistant Chief Thompson, Adrian Compton and Christy Moyers, my opinion is there is not a real or apparent conflict of interest related to the purchase of the described property, at 146-158 Dixie Airport Road. I am not aware that a violation of any statutory or regulatory requirement, or any applicable Monacan Indian Nation policy or procedure, has occurred regarding this issue. Chief Branham and Mr. Compton’s efforts to provide safe and decent rental housing at affordable rates is a positive step forward to fulfill the housing needs for the Monacan Indian Nation.
